2.   A High Court Judge has ruled that a woman CAN sue three doctors, who she says failed to spot a hip deformity when she was a baby.

3.   She had undergone surgery that required insertion of staples in her abdomen area, and she also had a hip deformity, authorities said.

4.   She had been admitted for surgery on a congenital hip deformity.
