1. Heat milk and butter in a small saucepan until butter melts and bubbles form around edge of pan. 2. Heat milk and butter until butter melts. 3. Heat milk and half-and half in a medium saucepan over medium heat until bubbles form around the rim. 4. In a medium saucepan heat milk over low heat just until hot, stirring occasionally. 5. In large saucepan, heat milk and cream over low heat until scalded. 6. While potatoes are cooking, heat milk and butter in a saucepan until milk is almost boiling and butter is melted. |
