2.   The new government data were published Sunday in Health Affairs, a health policy journal sponsored by Project Hope, an international health education organization.

3.   The study appears in the Spring issue of Health Affairs, a national health policy journal.

4.   Their study is being published today in the health economics journal Inquiry.
