1.   Grate potatoes using a hand grater or a food processor.

2.   Grate the bar using a food processor or a hand grater until the bar is finely grated.

3.   If you use a food processor instead of a hand grater, be sure to process the potatoes very fine.

4.   Using a food processor fitted with a coarse shredding blade, or the coarse side of a hand grater, shred artichokes.

5.   Working over a small bowl, grate each tomato half on the coarse side of a hand grater.
