1.   Breezes from the northwest will be especially gusty in central and northern New England as low pressure strengthens over Nova Scotia.

2.   Fine late-autumn weather will dominate the Southwest, though canyon winds will still be gusty in southern California.

3.   The Southwest will stay seasonably cool with increasing clouds and winds will be gusty in the deserts.

4.   Winds will be gusty in the lower Mississippi Valley after a cold front passes.
