1.   In a test in January the kill vehicle missed its target because of problems with infra-red guidance sensors.

2.   In the earlier test, the kill vehicle missed the target because of problems with its infrared guidance sensors.

3.   They plan to install a new flight computer and fine guidance sensor, a large optical instrument that is crucial to pointing accuracy.

4.   With the gyroscopes, voltage improvement kits, computer and fine guidance sensor installed, NASA would call the flight a full success.
