1. Add eggs, vanilla, flour and ground almonds. 2. Finely grind all almonds. 3. Finely grind the almonds in a nut grinder, coffee grinder or blender. 4. Gently but thoroughly fold the cinnamon and ground almonds into the remaining meringue. 5. Grind the almonds to a flour or powder consistency in a food processor. 6. If you grind your almonds, it will be coarser and rustic. 7. Process the almonds and sugar in a food processor until the almonds are finely ground. 8. Sprinkle with remaining ground almonds. 9. Gently fold in the flour and ground almond using a metal spoon. |
