1.   -- School officials may not require or organize graduation ceremony prayers or a religious baccalaureate ceremony.

2.   But McFarland said his group, which supports student-led graduation prayers, opposes the kind of amendment that Gingrich and other Republicans envision.

3.   That court also said graduation prayers could continue if they did not mention a specific diety.

4.   The Supreme Court has ruled that graduation prayers led by members of the clergy are unconstitutional, but has not ruled on student-led prayer.
