1.   Amy White of Axson, Ga., who suffered a crushed eye socket and fractured nose, underwent surgery and graduated this spring with a nursing degree.

2.   He was an agriculture major but did not have quite enough credits to graduate this spring, and he planned to return to Florida after school.

3.   Lucy was supposed to graduate last spring, but she had one humanities credit left to earn.

4.   Robert Flaming graduated this spring from the University of Washington with a degree in computer engineering and almost immediately went to work for Majiq, a Seattle software company.

5.   Tassio had graduated this spring from the University of Illinois with a degree in electrical engineering and was to begin a job this fall at Motorola Inc.
