1.   Both deal in a wide variety of black market merchandise, including exotic weaponry ranging from rocket launchers to weapons- grade nuclear materials.

2.   Previous shipments intercepted by Czech police were smaller, lower grade material usable only for non-weapons purposes.

3.   One of the most controversial projects is the construction of a reactor in Iran which the United States says could be used to make weapons grade nuclear material.
