1. Gently pull leaves apart and center and scrape out fuzzy choke with a spoon. 2. If stuffing, spoon out the fuzzy choke. 3. Then, you can either use a spoon to scoop out the fuzzy choke or cut the artichoke in half and cut out the choke with a paring knife. 4. With the tip of a teaspoon, remove the center leaves and fuzzy choke. |
