1.   Following a cursory examination by the executive board Sunday morning, the vote in the full assembly was academic.

2.   If the expulsions are not ratified by the full IOC assembly, Pound and James Easton of the United States have said that they would consider resigning as delegates.

3.   Samaranch said he could not imagine that the six expelled members would be reinstated by a vote of the full IOC assembly in March.

4.   The full assembly of the IOC will then choose the finalists.

5.   The WHO already has approved such a program, but it is due to be considered again by its executive board and full assembly.

6.   This will be the first full assembly plan to for Rover brand cars in Latin America.

7.   Actual expulsion must wait until the next meeting of the full IOC assembly, scheduled next June in Seoul, South Korea.

8.   Any expulsion would have to go to the full IOC assembly for approval.

9.   Any member found guilty of corruption will be suspended pending an expulsion vote by the full IOC assembly at a special session in March.

10.   Expulsion requires a two-thirds majority vote of the full IOC assembly.
