1. In my own garden, I put a premium on fresh greens. 2. Boil fresh greens in a large pot of salted water until almost tender. 3. Add a large bunch of arugula or whatever fresh greens you prefer. 4. Focaccia slathered with aioli and garnished with fresh greens finishes up the package. 5. Fresh greens, chunks of feta cheese, calamata olives and the perfect oregano-laced vinaigrette made this a winner. 6. Fresh greens tossed with apples and mandarin oranges and a vinaigrette dressing round out the meal. 7. I might even add the chutney to a spring roll made with duck and fresh greens. 8. If using fresh greens, wash them well. 9. If sold with the tops still attached, look for fresh greens. 10.
