1. Everett Hafner, a founding dean of Hampshire College in Amherst, Mass., died on Sunday when the plane he was piloting crashed near Worthington, Mass. 2. He returned to music administration, becoming a founding dean of the New World School of the Arts in Miami. 3. He was appointed a professor of urban affairs and became the founding dean of what is now the Milano Graduate School of Management and Urban Policy. 4. Schottland went on to serve as founding dean of the Florence Heller Graduate School for Advanced Studies in Social Welfare at Brandeis. |
