1.   Beat in additional flour until soft dough is formed.

2.   Couscous is commercially prepared by mixing coarsely ground semolina with water and salt to form a dough that is rolled into tiny balls and dried.

3.   Form dough into a ball.

4.   Form dough into a ball with your hands.

5.   Form the dough into a smooth ball.

6.   Form the dough into a ball.

7.   In another bowl, whisk together eggs and vanilla and using a large rubber spatula stir eggs into flour mixture to form a dough.

8.   Knead until a smooth dough is formed.

9.   Once the dough is formed to your liking, brush tops of rolls with oil or melted butter and cover loosely with a towel.

10.   Scrape down sides and pulse or mix until a cookie-like dough is formed.
