2.   The warning followed incidents in London and the West Midlands where lines to ambulance stations were disconnected.

3.   Following the incident the government of the Solomon Islands deployed additional troops in the Shortland Islands.

4.   It follows an incident last October when poisonous waste was dumped in the River Lyd in the Forest of Dean.
