1. Begin to roll, then fold sides over, continue rolling, tightly, into a cylinder. 2. Fold bottom of leaf over filling, then fold sides over toward center. 3. Fold the sides down to form a cuff, then fill halfway with icing. 4. Fold the stem end over the filling, then fold both sides toward the middle and roll up like a small cigar. 5. Fold the sides over the filling. 6. If you want, you can use a spatula or the fork and carefully fold one side of the omelet over the half with your filling. 7. Lay skirts flat and fold sides inward to create a rectangle. 8. Now fold the sides over the ends of the brie. 9. Place meatballs in center, and fold sides of leaves over meat. 10. Tip the omelet onto a warmed plate, folding sides over middle. |
