1. Close the press and firmly press down the handle to flatten the ball. 2. Flatten each ball by pressing a pecan half in center. 3. Flatten each ball into a disk, and wrap in plastic. 4. Flatten each ball with a fork dipped in extra sugar. 5. Flatten each ball slightly with your thumb, making an indentation in the center of each ball. 6. Flatten the ball slightly and place it on the lined baking sheet, smooth side up. 7. Place the ball in the center of the plastic-lined plate of the press and flatten the ball slightly with your palm. |
