1.   Banja Luka is the major city in the Serb state, which with its former enemy the Moslem-Croat federation makes up Bosnia.

2.   Bosnian Serbs, whose entity Republika Srpska together with the federation makes up post-war Bosnia, have protested the normalization between their former patron Milosevic and Sarajevo.

3.   The Serb entity and the Moslem-Croat federation make up the Republic of Bosnia-Hercegovina under the peace treaty signed in December.
