1.   From late spring throughout the summer, they provide excellent fishing, especially for kids who are more interested in action than substance.

2.   New Hampshire, although more of a stocked than native fishery, still offers in its far reaches, some excellent wild fishing.

3.   Oroville is an outstanding lake for water sports, with warm water and plenty of room and also has excellent bass fishing.

4.   The Royal Polaris is the first licensed boat to reach the islands and has reported excellent fishing.

5.   The stock fish often hold at the base of the dam, which has no fish ladder, and the area can provide excellent fishing.

6.   There is also good hiking in the area, excellent fishing and a large number of cottages available for overnighters.
