1.   The International Committee of the Red Cross and private groups, said they were waiting for clearance from the Bosnian Serbs to enter the enclave.

2.   A second Israeli force then entered the enclave to find the guerrillas, the army added.

3.   Alliance warplanes were not called in until more than six hours after the supposed deadline, when Serb infantry was entering the enclave.

4.   An increasing number have also begun entering the enclave by boat.

5.   Jovanovic said the bodies were not discovered until Bosnian Serb troops entered the enclave.

6.   Only Spanish citizens and residents were allowed to enter the enclave during the one-hour closure, Efe said.
