1.   The Department of Defense has issued instructions that no one should enter the area without permission.

2.   The Department of Industry is trying to tempt more companies to enter this area.

3.   Two routes entered the area via northern Namibia by agreement with the Namibian government and the other three were from government-controlled ports.

4.   As the situation worsened more border police entered the area and began firing live ammunition into the crowd.

5.   If a car fitted with the reader enters the system area, the roadside beacon will start the meter.

6.   All service vehicles apart from bullion and post office vans will also not be allowed to enter the areas between restricted hours.

7.   All visitors wishing to enter restricted areas will have to check in at security desks and have their invitations or appointments confirmed by the Capitol Police.

8.   Also, those seeing off passengers will no longer be able to enter gate areas.
