1.   Boeing used a glue that did not meet federal flamability standards on cockpit drip shields and air ducts made at its Spokane fabrication plant.

2.   A different type of adhesive was used on the insulation, known as drip shields.

3.   Harrison said the company has already started manufacturing proper drip shields and is installing them on planes in production.
