1.   Divide mixture by number of eggplants and rub inner surfaces of eggplants with mixture.

2.   Divide mixture back into potato skins and place each half on a baking sheet.

3.   Divide potato mixture equally among shells, mounding filling slightly.

4.   Divide the mixture among salad plates and garnish with walnuts.

5.   Divide the mixture between the two pans, spooning it in.

6.   Divide this mixture between the apple cavities and top with the cookie crumbs, if using.

7.   Divide leek mixture among the ramekins.

8.   Divide mixture between two bowls.

9.   Divide mixture evenly among tuna steaks, pressing gently into both sides.

10.   Divide mixture in half.
