1.   A state district judge held Lenhart in contempt, when she refused to identify the grand jurors who spoke to her.

2.   Another district judge will now rule on what sanctions should be im posed on the company for its illegal behaviour.

3.   At the same time, some solicitors complained of inconsistencies in approach by High Court masters and district judges.

4.   The district judge must send a copy of the defence to the plaintiff.

5.   The district judge refused both applications.

6.   The key change suggested is the creation of a new court presided over by a district judge with two lay magistrates.
