1.   Blend in dissolved gelatin.

2.   Slowly pour the dissolved gelatin into the Champagne, stirring constantly.

3.   Stir the dissolved gelatin mixture into the hot wine mixture and let cool.

4.   While remaining custard is still hot, add dissolved gelatin.

5.   Whisk the dissolved gelatin mixture into the syrup.
