1.   Civil rights leaders have vowed to press state officials to discipline the supervisors who taught racial profiling and to adopt a new law making it a crime.

2.   Officials also declined to disclose whether any MTA supervisors were disciplined.

3.   The FBI, the officials said, had become wary after a well-regarded supervisor was disciplined because the court complained that he had submitted improper information on applications.

4.   The inspector general concluded two FBI supervisors should be disciplined for their role in the mishap, the people familiar with the findings said.
