1. Designated wilderness areas have been altered by the creation of unauthorized trails and paths, damaging cactus and other sensitive vegetation and displacing wildlife. 2. Nearly all of the Greyfield Tract is in a congressionally designated wilderness area and would become part of the national seashore managed by the National Park Service. 3. The bill also would also allow vehicles to drive through this designated wilderness area. 4.
