1.   The Democratic majority in the Assembly has put up most of the votes for state budgets in recent years.

2.   The first major difference among the Democratic majority to publicly surface is the choice of county administrator.

3.   The Democratic majority did, however, succeed in overturning a veto for the first time during the four-year presidency of George Bush.

4.   This split made it impossible to unite a broad democratic majority and left the republic divided almost from the start of the regime.

8.   And the Democratic majority of incumbents still have the powerful advantages of name recognition and the ability to usually raise more money than their challengers.

9.   And they ended gridlock between the Republican finance board and Democratic city council by electing Democratic majorities to both.

10.   And until last autumn, the Democratic majority in Congress kept locked up in committee a bill to create a dollar coin.
