1.   Today delegates will visit industrial sites in the area, including Shotton Paper, in Deeside, Castle Cement, near Mold, and Hays Chemicals, in Sandbach.

2.   Aside from a halt in allowing delegates to visit bidding cities, it remains unclear what reforms will be accomplished.

3.   A decision on where the event will be held is expected shortly after the first of the year when the delegates visit the two competing cities.
