1.   Combine the flour and creole seasoning in a shallow plate.

2.   I have used the Creole seasoning available in the spice section of supermarkets.

3.   Season the chicken with salt, pepper and Creole seasoning and brown quickly.

4.   These pieces can be cooked less dramatically, seasoned with salt, pepper or Creole seasoning and sauteed in butter or olive oil.
