1.   Bulls have become so powerful, and dangerous, that cowboys now wear flak jackets and helmets.

2.   But the cowboys here wear turbans, not ten-gallon hats, and they dress in flowing cotton pants and sandals instead of chaps and boots.

3.   Once upon a time in the West, movie cowboys wore white hats and rode golden stallions.

4.   The first American cowboys probably wore Wellingtons or Hessian boots.

5.   These same government regulators would have required cowboys to wear seatbelts and helmets when on horseback.
