1.   The court corrected the trial judge by holding that Cunningham applied.

2.   But they wanted to show their power, knowing that under the new law no court could correct them.

3.   Greene said that he felt the current law was fine and that the courts would eventually correct the inappropriate interpretation of the licensing statute.

4.   The court can now correct its original error.
