1.   Countries within the European Community grant certain commercial privileges to each other.

2.   With the gradual disintegration of the COMECON, the EC sought increasingly to establish bilateral agreements with individual countries within COMECON.

3.   Allocated expenditure is that which can be identified as being used for the benefit of a particular country within the EC.

4.   But there are still discrepancies between different countries within the EC.

5.   And as its current regulations stand, countries within the community may freely trade pasteurized and raw-milk cheeses.

6.   And there is no reason why the degree of shifting should not vary from country to country within Europe.
