1.   In the morning, during recreation time, the console officer will make an announcement when the showers will be turned on.

2.   The cell includes six tamper-proof electrical outlets and two light switches, although the lights also can be controlled by the console officer.

3.   The console officer will activate a switch that electronically unlocks the cell door.

4.   The console officer cannot see your physical presence.

5.   The console officer will watch you on video monitors.

6.   The heavy steel plate back door is locked and controlled electronically by the console officer.

7.   You will go to the back door and be ready to open it when the console officer electronically unlocks all doors leading to the caged balcony.
