1.   In mid-November a United States congressional delegation visited China for the first time since the massacre.

2.   Along with Sherwood Boehlert of Utica, a Republican, Hinchey has set the pace for environmentalism in the New York Congressional delegation.

3.   Among the Georgia congressional delegation, both Republican Bob Barr and Democrat John Lewis said they would support the Norwood-Dingell bill.

4.   Among the congressional delegation, only freshman Sen. Jon Kyl and Rep. Jim Kolbe are uncommitted.

5.   And Gov. Rick Perry sent a letter to the Texas Congressional delegation about it earlier this year.

6.   And there are those who argue that the Utah congressional delegation brought it upon themselves.

7.   And, of course, last Friday, President Bush arrived with leading clergy and practically the entire New York congressional delegation.

8.   Another would set up congressional delegations to monitor compliance with trade agreements.

9.   Around the country, leaders are eyeing their congressional delegations in similar fashion.
