1.   At the end of the coil, the condensed steam drips the resulting liquor into a bucket.

2.   If you are using a metal steamer, cover the underside of the lid with a thick cotton cloth to prevent condensed steam from dripping on the custard.

3.   In you are using a metal steamer, cover the underside of the lid with a thick cotton cloth to prevent condensed steam from dripping on the custard.

4.   The water and the condensed steam is pumped back into the earth.

5.   The water is returned to the earth as is the condensed steam.
