1.   A federal judge temporarily froze the U.S.-based assets of Tracker Corp. of America amid charges that the company deceives customers in selling insurance against credit card fraud.

2.   The company also deceived the U.K. government about exports of equipment designed for military use in Iraq, the paper said.
