1.   In accordance with a treaty between the United States and the tribes of the Pacific Northwest, commercial fishing of certain kinds of salmon is limited to Native Americans.

2.   Commercial fishing has recently been developed and the export of prawns is the principal foreign exchange earner.

3.   The government has argued that commercial fishing on the coast has declined dramatically.

4.   O ppm -- on the amount of mercury permissible in fish sold for human consumption and the ban of commercial fishing from a number of waters.

5.   And Glacier Bay National Park will open up to commercial fishing.

6.   Almost as a sidelight, it sets all seasons, limits and methods of take for sportfishing and hunting and several highly-contested commercial fishing seasons.

7.   But commercial fishing, once a thriving industry, has all but disappeared and will not return in a big way until the fish runs are restored.

8.   But that does not mean that a return to commercial fishing of redfish or net fishing of trout is expected anytime soon.

9.   But to resume commercial fishing for striped bass in the Hudson anytime soon would be a serious mistake.
