1.   A special machine coats the nuts with chocolate.

2.   Add sugar-spice mixture and blend well, using hands to coat nuts evenly.

3.   Add nuts, hold the bag shut and shake vigorously to coat the nuts.

4.   Stir and cook over medium heat for a few minutes, until nuts are coated.

5.   Stir to coat nuts.

6.   Stir to coat nuts with the egg-and-spice mixture.

7.   Stir constantly until butter and sugar melt and nuts are completely coated with mixture.

8.   Stir until it has just melted and nuts are evenly coated.

9.   Warm the nuts and honey in a small skillet over low heat until the honey liquefies, stirring to coat the nuts with honey.
