1.   Coat lamb with this marinade, and place in a bowl.

2.   Coat the lamb in the marinade paste, cover and leave in the refrigerator overnight.

3.   Mix well so that lamb is thoroughly coated with yogurt marinade.

4.   Pour marinade over lamb, making sure it coats the lamb completely.

5.   Turn to coat lamb well.
