3.   Colin Montgomerie, who tied for fourth place in the Benson and Hedges tournament, climbed four places to sixth.

4.   Derby, West Ham and Ipswich are level on five points but the Foxes are last on goal difference while Southampton climbed five places.

5.   Everton managed to climb one place above Tottenham to seventh, still eight points off the lead.

6.   Georgia moved up one spot to fourth, Purdue climbed two places to fifth and Louisiana Tech went from eighth to sixth.

7.   Italy, Portugal, Spain and the Czech Republic held steady at fourth, fifth, sixth and seventh, respectively, while Germany climbed one place to eighth.

8.   Leicester climbed two places above Chelsea and Liverpool to fourth, four points behind Manchester United, three behind Arsenal and two behind Blackburn.

9.   Louisiana Tech climbed one place and was followed by Georgia, Oklahoma, Purdue, Rutgers and Iowa State.

10.   Rocca climbed one place to second behind Fred Couples and James moved up five to third.
