1.   I wish this city would do something about the miserable condition of the roads.

2.   Within reason, the city does what it can to prevent traffic accidents.

3.   The city should do more to encourage patronage of local businesses.

4.   And as the stadium grows, so does the city.

5.   And even if it were receiving its fair share of services, the big city does an inefficient job at providing them.

6.   And some community leaders complain that the city is not doing enough to address one trigger in particular, outdoor air pollution.
