Some get new cigar bands before being sold to unsuspecting tobacco stores. 4. The reverse would look like a Dominican cigar band with eagles, stars, laurels and Victorian dingbats. 5. To keep costs low, Vincent and Tampa cigars are packaged in a simple, two-color cardboard box and often sold without a cigar band. |
