1.   A Cambodian military court has charged the prince with smuggling weapons and colluding with the Khmer Rouge.

2.   A Cambodian court charged the prince with a number of crimes, including arms smuggling into the capital and collaborating with the Khmer Rouge.

3.   He has charged the prince with illegally smuggling weapons into the country and of negotiating with Khmer Rouge terrorists.

4.   However, Justice Minister Chem Snguon said Monday the Interior Ministry has enough evidence to charge the prince with attempting to kill the co-premier.
