1.   Much of its early growth came from jute replacement in carpet backing and from the replacement of wood in the materials handling and furniture sectors.

2.   But it is turned into carpet backing and fuel pellets.

3.   Its products are used for carpet backing, erosion control and in furniture.

4.   Latex products are used in paper and textile finishing, carpet backings, and in molded foams and building materials.

5.   Jute products include carpets, carpet backing, sacking and hessian.
