1.   A whole Brie is smothered in caramelized pecans, then wrapped in buttery, tender brioche.

2.   Caramelized pecans.

3.   Garnish with whipped cream dollops and caramelized pecans, if desired.

4.   Serve with maple syrup and the caramelized pecans.
