4.   The utility already has a subsidiary called Gas Energy that builds co-generation electric power plants.

5.   Banamex has a subsidiary called California Commerce Bank, based in Los Angeles.

6.   The wholly-owned subsidiary would be called Chrysler Korea Sales Ltd.
