1.   Add gnocchi, and cook over medium heat until butter starts to bubble and gnocchi are warmed through.

2.   Salt is a preservative and can mask the taste when butter is starting to go rancid.

3.   When butter starts to brown, add minced garlic.

4.   When butter starts to color, turn apple rounds, and pour in cup crepe batter, tilting pan to coat it evenly.
