1.   Once butter begins to brown, it turns quickly and burns easily.

2.   Stand right by the stove and tilt the pan as the butter begins to melt so it all melts evenly.

3.   When butter begins to melt, swirl it around pan.

4.   When the foam subsides and the butter begins to brown, add the garlic and spinach.

5.   When the butter begins to foam, carefully lay the fish, flesh side down, skin side up.
